玻連蛋白和纖溶酶原激活物抑制劑1型是在循環(huán)系統(tǒng)和細胞周圍區(qū)域相互作用以調節(jié)纖維蛋白溶解，細胞粘附和遷移的蛋白質。纖溶酶原激活物抑制劑1型，絲氨酸蛋白酶，通過其與血漿蛋白質玻連蛋白的結合，影響作為止血過程的關鍵調節(jié)劑的過程，例如血栓形成和傷口愈合。此外，玻連蛋白和纖溶酶原激活物抑制劑1型復合物在腫瘤轉移等事件中調節(jié)血小板和細胞與細胞外基質的結合。玻連蛋白的血漿濃度為200至400μg/ ml。
